Maya Robinson is a freelance Photo Director and producer based in Los Angeles. She is currently working at Apple where she works on global campaigns.
She specializes in photo art direction, production, editing, research, video production, photographer and vendor relations, retouching, licensing, rights & clearances and visual storytelling.
Prior to Apple, she was the Photo Director at Entertainment Weekly, where she oversaw the photography department and all visuals for print and digital editions. She was at New York Magazine for over a decade, leading and creating the visual identity of Vulture.com, New York’s culture site as well as working on photo production and photo editing for the print magazine. She began her career in fashion at Harper’s Bazaar, where she honed her eye for style and visual storytelling.
